Integrated TurboFiller
The deflector plate in the bottom of the induction bowl creates a rotating stream, which in combination with the powerful suction secures a high mixing capacity.

SmartValve
All primary functions needed to operate the sprayer when filling or cleaning have been built into two handles located in the center of the work zone. The logically placed handles and the easy to read color coded icons make the system very easy to understand and operate. This greatly reduces the start-up and operation time of the sprayer. |

SafeTrack
The new HARDI SafeTrack is available as an option on the COMMANDER 4400 and 6600. This revolutionary design combines the benefits from other traditional systems into one high performance steering system. With the HARDI SafeTrack you do not have to choose between a tighter turning radius or better stability.
Narrow track width.
With the SafeTrack, wheel track widths down to 60 inchs on a 13.6 inch wide tire are possible.This can be achieved without compromising the turning radius.

Suspended drawbar
The drawbar on COMMANDER 6600, 8500 and 10000 are as standard fully suspended.
The full up and down load from the sprayer to the tractor and transferred through rubber dampers built into the chassis. The drawbar on COMMANDER 6600 and 10000 furthermore has a hydraulic support leg as standard.
The hydraulic support leg is driven by a separate hydraulic outlet on the tractor and ensures easy and safe attachment of the sprayer |
Suspended axle
Strong hydraulic cylinders absorb shock loads instead of transferring them to the boom and tractor. This ensures operator comfort and optimises application at even higher speeds.

Tank
Agitation
Because of the forward sloping of the tank, agitation towards the sump is very effective. The agitation is infinitely variable to match the different viscosities of the spray liquid.

Easy to rinse inside with tank rinsing nozzles.
100% of the tank can be “seen” by the rinsing nozzles. No sharp corners prevent sedimentation of pesticide. |
Liquid system

The liquid system is developed in terms of a faster regulation with highest possible accuracy.

The new liquid system works with a fast “feed forward” regulation valve to deal with all the challenges forced by tractor transmissions with step less speed changes and automatic ON/OFF functionality of modern sprayers.

EasyClean filter
The new HARDI EasyClean suction filter is a high capacity filter with a very large filter surface.
The condition of the filter can be constantly monitored on an external gauge. This ensures that the filter is cleaned when needed and only when needed.
When opening the lid, the main valve is automatically turned to OFF. The automatic shut off valve ensures safe operation of the sprayer, without any risk of spill.
The filter has large screen surface ensuring a sustained high capacity. |
CycloneFilter
The new HARDI CycloneFilter is a unique self-cleaning pressure filter that uses a high-speed cyclone for additional cleaning action. The cyclone action increases the cleaning capacity of the filter significantly. This ensures fewer stops and reduced pressure loss in the liquid system. The HARDI CycloneFilter furthermore has a unique boost function that allows the filter to be flushed "on-the-go" when needed. |

AutoHeight
The NORACI AutoHeight system gives full control of the boom, which means automatic operation of height and tilt functions. This gives the driver easier control of the boom and better spray application.
Operator relief
With the HARDI AutoHeight system, the boom automatically follows the field contours of the land. The system relieves the operator from the stress of monitoring field contours and making constant boom height adjustments. The sprayer pilot no longer has to move his head from side to side for many hours which mean that the system frees the operator from the most stressful part of the job. This also allows the operator to increase the travel speed and extend application time well into the night to take advantage of low wind conditions. |

ISOBUS compatible
The HARDI COMMANDER i sprayer can be operated with a virtual ISOBUS terminal. To make the complex sprayer operation easier, the proven HARDI GRIP will be delivered with the COMMANDER i sprayer so all primary spray functions, such as on/off and section switches as well as the hydraulic operation can easily and safely take place by means of a joystick. Also a SetBox will be used to operate sprayer specific equipment as TWIN air assistance or SafeTrack steering directly.
Integrated AutoSectionControl
If the existing Virtual terminal has an automatic section control, following the de-fined task controller function of the ISOBUS standard, for example the John Deere Sprayer Pro, the ISOBUS terminal can operate the distribution valves of the COMMANDER, so the customer does not need a separate HARDI AutoSec-tionControl.
Updating
Existing COMMANDER i sprayers can be updated to an ISOBUS sprayer. That is also possible for sprayers which will now be ordered with the HARDI CONTROLLER 6500. The customer only has to buy the ISOBUS bridge, so the ISOBUS terminal can communicate with the HARDI jobcom. |
