Built on a rugged 1-1/4” powder coated steel frame, these compact electric roll cage models are designed for construction sites, farms and factories where electricity is available. This model delivers hot water cleaning of up to 2,000 PSI using 230V. Each features a Karcher direct-drive crankcase-style pump with limited 7-year warranty, industrial-grade motor and 1/2” schedule 80 heating coil with stainless steel wrap. All are certified to UL and CSA safety standards.

eco!efficiency mode

In the Eco setting the unit operates in the most economical temperature range (60°C) with full water flow. Burner cycles are optimised to reduce fuel consumption by up to 20% compared to full-load operation.

Operational reliability

The large, integrated fine-mesh water filter reliably protects the high-pressure pump against dirt particles. An integrated exhaust gas thermostat switches off the drive motor if the exhaust gas temperature exceeds 300°C. The soft damping system (SDS) compensates for vibrations and pressure surges in the high-pressure system.

The innovative HDS E 3.3/25-4 M Ef is an electrically-heated hot water pressure washer that boasts outstanding energy efficiency and a particularly high working temperature. With an innovative highly effective boiler insulation made from a special foam, power consumption is drastically reduced in continuous standby mode. This provides energy savings of up to 40%. An eco!efficiency mode automatically switches the machine into the particularly efficient 140°F mode, saving valuable resources. The high work temperature (up to 185°F) is especially advantageous on greasy and oily stains, where a temperature of up to 160°F can be maintained in continuous operation thanks to servo control.
