TurboFiller

The HARDI TurboFiller is able to handle large quantities of powders and liquids. Its high capacity is achieved through a combination of high vacuum and liquid rotation inside the hopper.

 

TurboFiller uses high pressure rotating liquid to completely mix the powder and liquid chemicals before they are sucked into the sprayer.

Chassis

Surface treatment

The chassis and all other steel components have been pre-treated with zinc phosphate before the application of a high-quality coating of powder paint.

Surface Treatment:

• UV protected
• 13 steps of cleaning, degreasing and preparation
• Hardening at 200°C for one hour
• Will last at least 1000 hours in salt fog test, without any corrosion

Tanks

All Tanks are made from UV protected polyethylene. They have a very flat surface and no inside walls.

Main Tank

• Capacity -Maximum  3000 (800 gal.) - 3500 (1000gal.) - 4000 (1200 gal.) - 6000 (1600 gal.)

Liquid systems

Flush & Rinse kit

The Flush & Rinse kit allows the operator to flush and rinse the liquid system.

• Easy operation
• Boom flush – clean water is used from the RinseTank and is flushed to the boom and sprayed out by the nozzles
• Tank flush - clean water is used from the RinseTank and sprayed into the main tank

CycloneFilter
The HARDI CycloneFilter is a unique self-cleaning pressure filter.  The cyclone created inside the filter increases the speed of the liquid against the filter screen, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the self-cleaning action.

HARDI pump

The NAVIGATOR liquid system is driven by the robust grease-lubricated HARDI diaphragm pump or the the ACE hydraulic drive centrifugal pumps.

On the HARDI pumps the diaphragms separate the liquid from the vital parts of the pump such as its bearings and crankshaft, ensuring reliable and durable operation.

EasyClean filter

EasyClean Filter is a high capacity suction filter with a very large filter surface. The external SafeSpray gauge monitors the the filter ensuring the filter is only cleaned when needed. When opening the lid, the main valve is automatically turned off. Dirt traps inside the filter ensure impurities are removed from the system.

Pressure regulation

The pressure regulation system is based on a high-capacity, high-speed bypass valve. A bleed line in the valve causes constant flushing to prevent residue build-up in the valve

EAGLE: 45 - 120 feet
