Take care of these concerns with a Speidel Chemical Applicator. The only way to kill weeds is by killing it's root system. The Speidel Applicator offers a 5" wiping surface for greater contact between round-up and weeds, making sure the job is done the first time with no need for a time wasting second pass over the field. The Speidel Applicator is an economical and effective way to control Johnson grass, volunteer rye, volunteer corn, thistles and many other weeds. It can be used in hay fields, pastures, row crops or anywhere the weeds get taller then the crop.
Unlike other look-alike products which use bulky sponge applicators or rope wicks, the Speidel Applicator weed wiper uses a perforated plastic tube wrapped in canvas. The tube serves as a reservoir for the herbicide. When the applicator is filled, the canvas becomes saturated. With the air valve closed, this creates a vacuum inside the tube. The valve gives you complete control of the flow rate, allowing you to adjust on the go for weed density. |
