Engine

Efficient Power Engines

Efficient Power Engines

Powered by FPT engines with proven Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) emission technology — just like Case IH high-horsepower tractors — Maxxum tractors deliver the efficient power needed to handle the multiple tasks of livestock and row-crop operations, specialty crop production or roadside mowing. Turbocharged 4.5-L 4-cylinder or 6.7-L 6-cylinder (depending on model) aftercooled engines generate 116- to 145-rated horsepower (95 to 125 PTO horsepower). And regardless of engine, all Maxxum tractors feature the same wheelbase to help maintain stability and ride quality without sacrificing turn radius.

Common Rail Direct Injection

The latest fuel-injection technology offers several advantages, including faster throttle response, improved power performance, increased efficiency and cleaner emissions. It also allows the automatic Power Boost feature.

Power Boost

Sometimes in tough conditions — such as steep inclines, mobile hydraulic or mobile PTO or transport applications — you need a little extra power. All Maxxum tractors help you meet those demands without losing speed and productivity by automatically delivering a boost of up to 24 horsepower on the 4-cylinder models and up to 17 horsepower on the 6-cylinder model.

Tier 4 B/Final With SCR

SCR is a simple system that maximizes engine power and treats exhaust gases to eliminate pollutants. The result: Engines with more power, greater fuel economy and increased durability and reliability and longer service intervals. SCR is the most efficient and powerful diesel emission-control technology available.

 Maxxum 115 Highlights
The Maxxum Series 115 tractor features a four-cylinder 4.5L engine, delivering up to 145 engine hp and 95 PTO hp while meeting today's Tier 4 B/Final emissions standards.
CVT Transmission

Optional CVT transmission features double clutch technology and allows the operator to focus on other tasks. Active Stop control keeps the tractor safely stopped on inclines and makes for a more comfortable start on hilly slopes.

MultiController Option

The Maxxum 115 MultiController option places the most commonly used controls in one hand. The Multi-Control Armrest moves with the seat and is the same technology that is used in the Case IH Steiger®, Magnum™ and Puma®? Series.
Compliance without Compromise

The Case IH/FPT 4.5L four-cylinder engine with Power Boost delivers horsepower where and when you need it the most, while meeting today's tough emission standards?
Operator Comfort

An optional shock reducing suspended cab coupled with the available premium air seat reduces operator fatigue in even the toughest conditions.?
Better Visibility

The Maxxum SurroundVision cab and enhanced LED lighting affords an unobstructed view and extends working hours?
More Time in the Field

Larger fuel tanks plus longer service intervals equal more hours in the field, less time on maintenance?
