Feature

MTM Stone crusher for tractors between 240 and 360 HP with a max working depth of 16 inches and variable crushing chamber.

The MTM is a professional PTO tractor mounted multi-purpose head. It allows Stump and Root Grinding, Fallen Tree Grinding and Soil Blending to depths up to 16 inches.

It is designed and built to work with loose rock and slabs. The side gear transmission allows uniform and consistent rotor RPM with higher torque.

The smart design and weight distribution make it very maneuverable for accessing smaller, difficult to reach jobsites.

The FAE Variable System crushing chamber is an innovative design solution which guarantees to obtain optimal results.

The FAE Adjustable Rotor System is adjusted through hydraulics and can be moved up or down for variable working depths (the lower the rotor, the larger the crushing chamber becomes allowing more material to be crushed and mixed).

The traction effort and output of the tractor is reduced due to the rotor penetrating the ground while the body of the machine remains on the surface (this results in a reduction of fuel consumption and higher working speeds).

The crushing chamber is protected by internal HARDOX® layers replaced easily without removing the rotor.

The HARDOX® counter knives and grill positioned on the rear door are designed for adjusting the size of the final product.

It has two separate rotor options and multiple tooth options for operating in various conditions and applications. Available with a special tooth system that can work while stump grinding and rock crushing simultaneously.

The standard equipment includes:

• PTO drive shaft with cam clutch (for tractors between 240 and 300 HP),

• double transmission with casted gearboxes,

• forged tool holders made of heat treated steel, "Double steel cage system" machine shell (WELDOX®),

• adjustable HARDOX® counter blade,

• bolted forged rotor axels,

• variable crushing chamber,

• front hood with hydraulic adjustment,

• rear hydraulic protection/grader hood,

• HARDOX® inner protections.

• Teeth type R

Other options: Hydraulic top link, reinforced transmission for tractor with more than 300 HP.
